What is solar flare? As raggedjoe states, Solar Flare is a graveyard-based deck built around two cards: Forbidden Alchemy and Unburial Rites. So with the change in standard, a lot of useful cards have gone away. So lets recreate solar flare in the new standard format. Suggest cards for the deck (including land) and how many should go in. Be specific. (Have fun with the deck. Price is not an issue.)
