A titan based deck that I made for a friend... I think that I took this deck to far. There is plenty of room for improvements. Any suggestions? Update: Made some edits.

You could put a quicksiler amulet. It's gonna aid you to cast the Titans for 4 colorless

Liliana sucks. The new one atleast. Run 3 gideons and 2 tamiyos. Cut the gather the towsfolk for 2 doomblades and a ponder. Cut dismembers for Feeling of dread. And cut sorins for days. This is just my opinion. Agro is too insane now to not have removal
you definately don't need this many planewalkers, could put in more 3 drops for sun titan to bring back (Blade Splicer or Fiend Hunter could work). take out gathering the townsfolk and put in the last lingering souls. Add cavern so titans won't get countered, and a couple board wipes to stall out until late game
Phantasmal Image + Sun Titan makes for a almost never dying Titan as long as you keep Sun alive. Heartless Summoning allows for Titans to be cast 2 turns earlier than normal.
