A mono-black deck that one of my friends runs at FNM. I think that it could use some work, but I can't think of how to better it. Some people in my meta use artifacts hence no GftT. Liliana will be added when he gets some. How would you improve this deck (it could also use a sb.)?

Deck looks to slow if something happens to Heatless Summoning deck loses to anything agro or mid range control I do like Mutilate alot a black wrath of god

Yeah, the deck is slow and your right, if something happens to Heartless Summoning the deck goes downhill. How would you improve this deck?
I'm a fan of Vampire Nighthawk the deck could use a 3 drop creature unless they burn it off it will cost them a creature and gain you life
