Never played a tapper deck but here's my two cents. you could get dabble into green for "Stoic Angel." Winter Orb would allow 4 more copies of static orb. Also, Deathbringer Liege has a very powerful tapping ability for white creatures. Looks like a good beginning. seems pretty reasonable the idea is sound although the land base seems extremely week for a seventy card deck id try and drop it down to 60 also have you thought of using oposition
your gunna lock almost all of your creatures down with your own meekstone, also without without a combo to go with mana web, its kinda pointless
