A deck I decided to make, since I got Ral at the prerelease i went to. Pretty standard stuff, cast stuff, bash your opponent's head in, put a lightning bolt through his chest and be just a nuisance overall.
You should never cast instants during your turn (unless using them to power up the cyclops or the Fluxcharger), use them as late as possible without losing any efficiency.Otherwise, play out some creatures, play defensively, while poking once in a while when you deem it safe. Use your spells mainly for removal, but if you just need a few points more to put your opponent into the grave, [Burn] him down.
