Sleep is another good tap card. Sunblast Angel, Dream Leash, Gideon's Avenger, and even Gideon himself take advantage of tapped creatures. Ghost Touch and Hands of Binding (and Gideon) provide more tapping. Fog bank rounds out the arsenal.

I'll look into it.Edit:I looked into it, and it's awesome. Nice suggestion! I'll replace pacifism and arrest with it ... they don't really fit into the tap theme anyway.
Should I use a removal spell (like path to exile), silence, or God's willing? Or should I just put in 27 lands because the mana curve is high? Suggestions are appreciated.
24/25 land should be fine. Path is nice. Might look into brave the elements instead of god's willing as most of your creatures are white.
