The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

This deck aims to scry, draw, and in general be typical blue with a limited number of counterspells and in the end needs to draw laboratory maniac and hinder it to the bottom library, scry it to the bottom of the library, or use the Tel-Jihad stylus to put it at the bottom of the library, and from there play tunnel vision to discard all the cards in the deck except Laboratory Maniac, draw it, play it and draw one more card without interruption hence the low cost counterspells.
Now if any of the combo pieces are discarded with any number of methods that opponents and this deck itself if full of, you can use the conjurer's baubles to get them back, and in a last ditch effort use the temporal cascade to return it all to your deck and keep going.
If you are feeling particularly nasty you can of course Hinder a hopefully unique spell of the opponent to the bottom of their library and the use tunnel vision to make them discard their whole deck and laugh maniacally.

How to Play

Hinder: Used as a weak counterspell or part of the tunnel vision combo on your deck or the opponents.

Isochron Scepter: Used to copy important spells at the most important times for you and your opponent, spells like pact of negation (Bad), Silence (Ok), Mana Leak (Ok) Peer Through Depths (Wicked Sick), Boomerang (So Evil), Dispel (Ok), Whispers of the Muse ( Really bad).

Laboratory Maniac: The most important card in this deck or some of the most important, always keep in hand, never discard unless you have a conjurer's bauble in play and you can make sure he will not get exiled or removed from play by having counterspell mana up if you play him.

Temporal Cascade: The reset button.

Vedalken Shackles: Good if you can snag a good blocker to stop early damage.

Tel-Jilad Stylus: This is one way to get the Maniac at the bottom of your library.

When I get some time I will talk about the rest, for now, enjoy the deck, Have fun!

Deck discussion for Tunnel Laboratory

I like the deck! You should also consider condemn. As an alt win con?

Condemn is too costly on white mana which is rare in this deck anyway, it is only there for teh single silence, and i am still debating on whether or not to run that in the first place, but thank you for your three comments?
