Use Urborg and Spreading Algae to destroy your opponent. Pooling Venom and Contaminated Ground can be used to force the opponent into a very tight spot. Reassembling Skeleton is the perfect tool for Bone Splinters and Altar's Reap, and laughs at Mutilate. Acidic Slime and Nature's Will tend to go well together, and Nature's Will triggers all your land hate. Use Ghost Quarter only if you absolutely need to, really.
Begin by cursing your opponent's land as fast as possible. Dismember or Splinter anything that gets in your way. If your opponent accelerates too fast, Mutilate will keep them in check. Urborg+Algae will win you the game.
