Razorverge thicket comes into play untapped if it's in your first three lands, so try to play that plus Isamaru first. Follow up with a Forest into Watchwolf, and then a Rootbound into Thoctar. Turn after that, drop Petroglyphs and enjoy the 4/4, 5/5 and 7/6. Just continue to beat the snot out of your enemy, and use Rampage to clear their field. Why Rampage and not Overrun? Overrun disables Petroglyphs for the turn, sadly.
