I.m trying to create the fastest mill deck. Well so far i tried the draw sample hand option and i think this deck works! Basicly if you draw serum powder and you don't get some of the two main cards that are painters servant and grindstone or at least one or two fabricates or tinkers simply remove your hand and take muligan. You will get seven cards but without those you don't need. Try it guys!
