Okay, so some might say this is a bit weird. this is how it works: turn 1: swamp + deathrite shaman turn 2: ghost quarter then you tap your swamp for 1 black mana, use ghost quater find a new black mana and tap it. Now you use deathrite shaman for a red mana and infernal plunge deathrite shaman. now you got 3 red and 2 black. now you geistflame/pillar of flame your enemy. now you have 2 red and 2 black and and enemy have lost life. use this mana to cast rakdos, Lord of riots. Hehe, so your battlefield will end up with a black mana and a rakdos, Lord of Riots turn 2 what the other cards are for, is just if you got turn 1 drop and infernal plunge to cast big creatures.
