Nice deck, but i'd replace Highborn Ghouls with Tormented Soul, throw in some Murder (maybe mix gftt and murder) , i'd also replace Bump in The Night with something else or reduce the number for some more removal or creatures! but hey, good job! :) have a look at mine exalted deck, feedback appreciated :) Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=377120

I understand exalted jacks them up but maybe look for a heavy hitter like Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis. These creatures are an easy wipe with cards like BSZ.
