Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

More bloodwitches, take out the ritualist. Highborn is pretty good, take out hideous end. Urge to feed is needed and more land.

I agree with the inclusion of urge to feed but if you follow all of this advice you might as well have net-decked.
