Blade of the bloodchief and bloodthrone vampire are two excellent cards to go in a bloodghast/sac deck Other than that it looks pretty solid
Mortician beetle too, if you need something 1 CMC

BOTB is very good with bloodthrone and bloodghast. Mortican beetle also and viscerra seer. I think dark tutelage doesn't belong here
That is if you want it to make it a sac deck. Also throw away hexmage it's unneeded.
hexmage is there only for planewalker
so maybe 3beatle and 3 bloodtrhone instead of hexmage and dark tutelage
sounds like a good plan to me. But at least sideboard hexmage, as you say, they are excellent against planeswalkers
