this is quite possibly the worst burn deck i have ever seen..........and what the heck is dragonmaster outcast doing in here?

late game large creatures if burn's really not cooperating, also if hit land pool and can't draw anything useful
Dragonmaster seems like a terrible card for burn, maybe swap it our for four goblin guides, I would also swap the lava axes for monastary swiftspears, and put in some fetch lands if you are running lavamancers to make them active faster.
late game creatures if needed, idk maybe they're a lifegain deck and burn's not cooperating and giving me a sulfuric vortex. i find spells a more consistant means of hitting their face than creatures
No trust me, I have played a deck like this for my entire tournament level magic career, it is not a good creature for burn. If you aren't winning by the time you get to 5 lands you are either flooding or not building the deck right. It's up to you, I am just giving you advice based upon past experience and deck building skills.
as you are concerned with lifegain, drop the dragonmaster and put in 4x skullcrack
