Deck discussion for Modern Enchantment Control

Why not just play sigil of the empty throne?

Too slow. Luminarch nets me more, faster.

The turn after Sigil comes down, it should be netting you 4/4's. If you ran auras like the legacy version does, it'd be faster.

This is a totally different strategy from the legacy deck, this is a control deck.

What would you consider the legacy deck then? It makes it so it can't lose the game, then wins. Which is the goal of control decks.

Legacy also has better access to some crazy manage that makes that a more viable option.

cool deck!
ive never seen that aura gnarlid before, you have a great selection of creatures

im not sure the rest of the deck is exactly how i would play it, but im really into the idea!

it looks like you're very efficient at shutting down creatures, but not so good at stopping anything else.
runed halo in the side probably helps for that though?

anyway, i like it. i might brew up my own version to play on cockatrice ^_^
