Nice deck. I run something pretty similar.. Technically though its an aggro or tribal deck not really a burn deck... Also consider adding signal pests and/or kuldotha rebirths.

If he wants to run kuldotha rebirth he has to do some seriously insane changes to the deck to have artifacts available for sacing. I'm a huge fan of kuldotha signal but these are two completely different deck directions. With what you got I'd suggest Goblin Instigator. Do damage to a player and drop any goblin you want... I'd also suggest dropping Increasing vengeance for more burns like lightning bolt?
Well, Kuldotha needs memnites, panic spellbombs and rebirths to run. Even signals are a maybe at that point... 8 artifacts are usually enough for rebirth..
It's a good deck for a beginner :) I mean $60 is good... feels good compared to $1000 xD my Goblin deck is shit-expensive. but casual play with friends this deck is good. :)
