A lone zombie isn't much of a threat. But when he gets together with all his undead comrades, each adding his strength to the group, they become a force to be reckoned with. Slivers with their hive mentality be damned, zombies have mob mentality!
Don't sacrifice your zombies early on. The synergy of these zombies rivals sliver and elf decks. get islands out with terramorphic expanse and by island cycling those jhessian zombies asap. then amass a horde. After a while each zombie will be horribly powerful in it's own right. Then start attacking. Once your zombies are all 10/9s with deathtouch they get real hard to stop on the field.
