First of all, the Planeswalkers are not very useful because you will most likely either kill your opponent by the time a Planewalker is cast (which is usually turn 6 or 7 for this deck) or you will have your back against a wall because the other player countered your beatdown plan and playing a Planeswalker would be pretty useless because it will pretty much die the moment you cast it, wasting your mana.

18 Lands is still too little even for a Beatdown deck. Even 20 would be still too little. A good number of lands is 22

Some problems you have are:

1. Your Mana base puts you at a disadvantage because most of your lands come in tapped. Try to have more basic lands than Non-Basic Lands.

2. You need more defense to last against stronger creatures. Regenerative walls such as Wall of Bones would be a great help.

But otherwise, Looks Good to me! +1
