I'd take out the dragons and the increasing confusion for 4 more lands and any arrangement of thunderous wrath, devastation tide, ponder, and vanishment. They all work nice with Merfolk looter (the miracles that is).

After looking it over, you're definitely right. I got rid of 1 dragon and confusion for thunderous wrath and ponder. Worst case scenario, I still like a big swinger in the deck.
in pretty much any deck you would like to run about 24 land as the average as i have had some issues with not enough mana as i used to run 20
I always go 1/3 mana. Habit, I guess.
