So as you might have guessed from the description, this deck uses the combination of gruul's bloodrush to boost your attacking creature by discarding other creature from your hand and golgari's scavenging power to bring those creatures back as counters for the ones you already have summoned. Fog is there to make sure you have time to aquire the right lands and combo of cards before you make your move. Farseek to allow you to have all the colors you need, and Rancor Gift of Orzhova and Alpha Authority are there to help keep your important guys alive. (i.e. Ghor-Clan Rampager and/or Varolz)
The way I would play this deck is get any one of your creatures out and use the cheap bloodrush asap to surprise your enemy with lots of damage early on in the game, then get Varloz out to get all the counter back and place them on either a Ghor-Clan Rampager or any other creature using either Rancor or Gift of Orzhova to make sure they get teh most out of those counters. If you can try to keep your slitherheads alive to sacrifice them to help keep Varzol alive, or simply use Alpha Authority to give him hexproof.
