I don't think you really need Stormbreath/Sarkhan in this list, you want to be able to consistently curve out for maximum devotion once you reach Fanatic, and I can see cutting down to maybe 2 Scouts.The cards to bring in would be the Fourth Eidolon, the card can just screw most decks or lock out some. For more three drops I would recommend Rabblemaster, he doesn't give much devotion but he seems too good otherwise.
