This is all about forcing your opponent to draw cards while taking damage. Combine them having to discard at end step with other spells. Exile their graveyard to keep them from reusing cards.

I feel like my mana base just isn't working. Not sure what to take out in order to improve it. Would prefer not to have lands above $10 a piece though.

Spiteful vision hits me when I draw as well, not sure I want that liability.Anvil of Bogardan stops my opponent from having to discard all of the extra cards im pumping into his hand.Temple Bell has promise, as does Howling Mine and Font of Mythos.

Cranial Archive and Nihil Spellbomb are sideboard material. So is Library of Leng. Add one Reliquary Tower instead.Maybe you should throw Grip of Amnesia into sideboard too...By the way, have you thought about Phyrexian Tyranny? It might not make this deck "straightly" better, but it could be a fun card to play.
True, suppose I don't need so many multiple instances of those kinds in there. Reliquary Tower already in, as well as a Venser's Journal-1 Library of LengTornod's Crypt leaving in-1 Nihl Spellbomb-1 Grip of AmnesiaElixir of Immortality leaving in-1 Cranial ArchivePhyrexian Tyranny, like many cards that blanket punish drawing, I skipped. Not a fan of taking the hit myself since I plan on drawing massive amounts of cards as well.

Ive finally begun to actually put this deck together. All of the cards in the sideboard I currently own, those in the top are still to be procured. However, I have a problem. I am over by 5 cards. Updated 12/24/20 to current version.Slow, very slow deck. 1on1 gets wrecked. Multi-Player gives time to build assuming I am not immediately hate killed. But fun when I get a chance to start getting things going.
