The deck is suppose to utilize Triskelion's ability to remove counters at will, and potentially infect the opponent with loads of poison counters. This is the current build, focusing on blue/black, with blue providing the proliferating abilities.

I would LOVE to add Steel Overseer, but I don't know how to make him fit in this deck. I only have 6 artifact creatures in the deck. Any suggestions?
neurok invisimancer doesnt really fit. or enclave cryptologist. maybe move them for overseer?
