Honestly, it looks like a large draft deck. That means you do not have multipal copies of enough good cards. Which ultimately means your deck is not consistant and therefore cannot keep up more traditional standard decks. If you do not have a lot of cards sometimes changing formats can help. For example, do you play Highlander or Commander? In both of those formats you build 100 card decks that have only one copy of any given card (besides basic lands). Alternatively, under my name (just click on my name), I have a deck challenge to build standard decks for less than $100. I ask people to leave me links to thier decks and let me tell you, there are some great decks on there for less than $40. I hope I haven't offended you, but I know how hard it is to get some honest critisism. fyi: my deck is a red/black build. Goodluck!
