Steal your opponents stuff, sacrifice it once your done, the deck seems very slow, but I feel like in a four player game you can sit back and hopefully get a mana rock, then hit some big plays in the late game.

A friend of mine built a similar strat with Yasova Dragonclaw, which gave him access to Birthing Pod effects, especially when the most recent Ravnica block dropped some new relevant Simic effects. Looks fun!
