very cool list! my recommendations are village messenger, flameblade adept, collective defiance to go more burn oriented. You could also just go bigger with glorybringer, hazoret, dragonmaster outcast

I think the cartouches are a bit clunky, and the bloodrage brawlers only really work well if you have things you want to discard like fiery temper. I hate saying that because I like the minotaur, but maybe he goes more in a madness strategy.
Could throwing in the flameblades help the Minotaur?

Glorybringer is better removal, hazoret is more damage. I like hazoret
