This deck seems..alright. i'd say that with the fact you have 62% green mana occurence you should run 10 green and only 6 black, it runs, much better this way. Also take out 2 birds and throw in something simple but crazy helpful like 2 hex parasites. also garruk relentless is an amazing addition to this deck with great synergy with the hex parasite and young wolf. if you have young wolf at 2/2 and you need to block with it, use the parasites A.A. and drop the wolf to a 1/1 then it'll come right back again as a 2/2, instead of going to your graveyard.

I would drop the land down to 22 because you have 4 birds of paradise and probably 10 green and 4 swamp. 4 tragic slips and remove the go for the throat and doom blades. I would also sideboard ratchet bombs. But defiantly add 2-3 hex parasites and 3 garruk relentless. Altar reap is a good card draw for this kind of deck, you would probably need only 2 or 3.
