Me and some buddies play MTG every now and again when we get together. We don't have any rules on banned cards or whats out of modern or standard etc. A lot of the time we play decks based on the lore and I've always liked Boros so this is it for me. Again this is just for fun so nothing is really uniform.
Primarily I deal the winning damage with creatures. Boros is weak with card draw so i run risk factor and land tax. land tax helps me whittle the land out of my deck(I draw what I need faster) and it feeds ethereal armor. I use the excess land to discard and meet the jump-start requirement for risk factor to keep up damage and card draw if im good on land. I like to target 10th legion a lot to beable to ramp it up and scry, also why i run scry lands.
