You can do 6 or 9 damage if you combo Lightning Bolt + Increasing Vengeance(9 if using it for it's flashback cost)
Shrine of the Burning Rage will probably end the game since after you use at least 2 lightning bolts + 2 rift bolts + 1 magma jet and then 1 Past In Flames and then using all that you can again, this artifact will have AT LEAST(without the upkeep's charge counters) 11 charge counters and if none of the previous damage was countered the opponent will have only 10 life.
Curse of the Pierced Heart is optional, just to make the opponent hate you.
Faithless looting helps you buy more cards since 49 cards cost up to 3 R manas only and you will probably being with no cards in hand really fast.
Cryptborn Horror, Vexing Devil and Tyrant of Discord exists to scare the f*ck out of your opponent and make 'em hate you forever. Hellrider suits perfectly with the Elementals and Chandra's Phoenix for the last needed damage IF your instants got countered sometimes or maybe your graveyard got exiled smth like that.
Reforge the Soul exists to make the green or blue deck owners really mad at you ESPECIALLY when they used Praetor's Counsil and have like 30 cards in hand.
Surgical Extraction is there to remove from the game all counterspells after the first one goes to the graveyard.
Noxious Revival is there to use the miracle cost from the cards Bonfire of the Damned, Thunderous Wrath and if needed, Reforge the Soul.
Have fun and protect yourself at all costs because your opponents will want to kill you asap as they lose the game hehehe.
