Needle drops cantrip isn't as good ability as it seems. You should prefer R for 3 damage in the first hand. Flame jab: again you should concentrate on spells that do 3 damage. Burn decks should be so fast that you don't need the retrace ability. Winter sky: too random. It will give extra cards to your opponents and only cantrip. Or it's half of Volcanic fallout. Try to replace leylines with few S.Vortex Compare your sideboard with mine. You need answers to various deck types f.ex. Fish, animator, counter-top etc... Hope this helps! :)
