I'd replace Mutagenic Growth with a kicked Vines of Vastwood. I'd keep the Rot Wolf for the chance to draw. Phyrexian Swarmlord is better than Putrefax since it allows you to steamroll your opponent. Check out my U/G infect deck Pandemic: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=180303
