To make this deck stronger, you'll want to stock up on the heavy hitting cards and drop some of the weaker ones. Deathrite Shaman, Slitherhead, Lotleth Troll, dreg mangler, abrupt decay, and golgari charm should all be x 4. you could replace golgari longlegs, Terrus Wurm, stonefare crocodile, zanikev locust, and rites of reaping to make room to x 4 the other powerful cards. If you do this, your deck will move much faster. A fast aggro deck or powerful mid-range style deck will have you beat before you can cast any of your high costing creatures or pay for thier high scavenge.

May I suggest Door to Nothingness? Since Axebane lets you add any color mana, it's easy to cast and activate.

A note on the sideboard:
Against any control deck, I bring in Oblivion Ring and Chalice of Life. Its very easy to flip a chalice, and flipped Chalice often wins that game, and if they are using detention sphere, I bring in Ray of Revelation as well. I will often bring in 1 Ray if I know my opponent plays collective blessing.
Loxodon Smiter is a great wall against aggro, and Selesnya Charm is perfect for dealing with Wolfir, Falkenrath Aristocrat, Thunder maw and opponents Angel of Serenity. Divine reckoning usually comes in as well, I perfer it to Supreme verdict because I don't run a lot of U sources.

A good budget deck. I think Fiend Hunter would be good here as well, because if you can play creatures for the first 3 turns and then just remove threats for a couple turns with bonds/fiendhunter you've pretty much won.

I think Rancor would give this deck a very strong aggro style in some games, and between the Monk, Temple, Smiter, and even atended knight, you have really good targets for it.

Thanks, it is very fun to play with. Every card is generating a ton of value. And your late game has a lot of card advantage between Soul of the Harvest and Drogskol Reaver.

Faithmender is good, but I always perfer a Trostani on the field instead. I'm sure you could tweak this deck to your own liking and use him to great effect though.

I really like the theme, totally Azorius. The issue I see in playing this deck though is that you are delaying your opponents threats every turn, and not dealing with them in a permenant way. That's a good strategy if you are getting in for good damage while that is going on, but your creatures don't hit hard enough for that. Delaying your opponent until you can drop game ending cards - like the archon - is a good strategy too, but your bombs are not really game enders. I think 2 supreme verdicts would suit this deck well, as well as dissipates (cancel fits into the theme better than dissipate), that way you have permenant solutions to threats. Drogskol Reaver is a strong end game card, but doesnt fit the theme.
