I feel like aggro has far too many better cards than Skyknight Legionaire. More Silverblades, Boros Reckoner, even Ash Zealot and Frontline Medic feel stronger. Especially when you are playing Lightning Mauler and can give anything haste. A 2/2 flyer for 3 isn't all that impressive for aggro, and the haste just doesn't make up for it, especially when you have plenty of haste creatures already.
I like to say that cards are made rare and are expensive for a reason - they are stronger than nickel commons. Not saying that in every scenario one of the cards I named will be better than Skyknight Legionaire, but in almost all cases they are stronger or more versatile.

The only board wipe played in standard heavily is Supreme Verdict currently, and it is uncounterable so countermagic isn't all that useful. The U/W Hexblade deck is one of the strongest decks in standard, at least it was until Glaring Spotlight showed up. The fact is, you only need 1 creature on the field, and when they sweep, you just cast another one and start going to town again. Ethereal Armor is really required to do enough damage to win on turn 4 with this deck though.

Blind Obedience is really good against aggro, and should be in the side for sure. Spark Trooper seems good, in the sideboard for other aggro decks for sure. I would say Hellrider over Gisela Mainboard, you will win games faster, which is your goal. Skullcrack for sure in the sideboard for control matchups. I personally love Legion Loyalist as a hasty creature to add surprise battalion, but giving trample and firststrike to the whole team all for 1 mana is just too good in these decks.

Agreed, I'm not wholly concerned about getting the combo started once the pieces are on the board. Blood Artist is a good defensive effect, gaining you life when trading creatures in combat or whenever you cast removal, and has synergy with Desecration Demon. But it is a flexible spot in the deck.

Duty-Bound Dead is a 0/2 exalted with regenerate.
Tormented Soul is 1/1 unblockable and can't block.
I think either of these would be better than the Thrull Parasite based on what your deck is doing

You're probably right, Sign in Blood isn't quite enough. Either BloodGift Demon or Increasing Ambition should be in here as well. I'll make a few changes.

You may want more card draw, like forbidden alchemy or think twice, becuase you need to get at least 1 actual Biovisionary to start cloning. Also, snapcaster mage would also you a lot more defensive options than delver of secrets.

I agree, and I feel like this is a good start. It's essentially a turn 6 infinte combo, which seems playable. With Black and White, their is enough control elements I believe to keep you alive to the combo. A problem is that Slaughter Games ruins us, and that is in a good deal of side boards already, so we need another win condition, at least in our sideboard.

Keep in mind Vizkopa Guildmages ability says that each opponent loses life when you gain it, so even in multiplayer you should be able to kill everyone.

Cool, pretty good budget deck. Any particular reason for Thrull Parasite? Extort is good, and works in this deck, but it's a strange card in here I think.

You could try adding Soul of The Harvest for some more draw power. The old Elves deck before rotation used it (and cast it on turn 3). I like the idea though, hopefully you can bring back elves!

Silverblade and Frontline Medic should be mainboard cards. Medic allows you to attack every turn with no fear of losing creatures in battle and Silverblade generates a ton of damage. Unless you want to run like 18 lands, It is reasonable to be playing more 3 drops.
Legion Loyalist grants Trample/Firs Strike to everyone, as well as making tokens completely unable to block. These cards create the evasion you're looking for, and do so for the entire team.
There is a reason these cards are rare and cost more money - they are powerful in standard constructed.
A bunch of 2 drops is incredible in limited, and I'm sure that strategy worked for you, as it did most other people who played Boro's, but selaed and constructed are worlds different.

Legion Loyalist and Frontline Medic are both very powerful battalion cards. I agree about Boros Charm, it's incredible. Truefire Palladin is a good 2 drop if you are trying to keep on a budget. Searing Spear will usually always be better than Arrows of Justice, as you can kill a creature at any time, not just druing attacks and blocks, or you have the option of just finishing off a players life total, and it costs 1 cheaper.
This is the Boros Humans deck I intend to run, and I play at a fairly competitve level in a variety of IQ's and PTQ's

Need some more draw effects to make sure you get Craterhoof before being destroyed. Also, Hexproof and Wild defiance won't save you from board sweeps, which just end the game for you. I would consider Primal Surge and dropping most other spells, as that will win you the game on casting essentially every time save for a fog effect.

There are a lot of creatures in this deck. I think I would perfer to have a better ratio of 1:1 for creature to spell. basically, you want to drop early extort cards (turns 1,2,3) and for the rest of the game cast spells to control the match, while extorting for as much as possible on each spell. This means you will want more removal spells, or hand control spells. Also note that Exquisite Blood and the ability for Vizkopa Guildmage create an infinte life loss combo if you activate the ability and then gain 1 life.

Update on the deck - I actually ran it with 2 Angel of Serenity main and 2 Cloudshift in the side this week, and was happy.
4-0 at last FNM
Round 1 - Selesnya. Well timed Olivion Ring easily won game 1. Intrepid Hero on turn 2 easily won game 2.
Round 2 - Vampires. Couldn't outpace my life gain, locked down lands and an easy win.
Round 3 - Bant Control. Turn 3 Acidic Slime - they never had more than 3 lands on the field the whole game. Game 2 they cast a Thragtusk before I got thier lands under control, another easy win.
Round 4 - Selesnya. Lost game 1 on turn 6, just before I could stabilize. Game 2 was a Turn 3 Thragtusk that got flickerd a lot for a win. Game 3 I got Intrepid Hero on turn 3 and another on turn 4. He couldn't cast anything. conceded to Thragtusk with Closet on board.

I think you need a few more Populate targets, and I would definitely advise 4 Selesnya Charm Mainboard. A couple of Armada Wurms could make all the difference in this deck, just giving you a really powerful token to copy aside from the 3/3 centaurs.

Hard to make a sideboard without knowing the decks to be preparing for.
For aggro: Pillar of Flame, Spark Trooper
For Mid-range: 2 Zealous Conscripts, 2 Restoration Angel
For Control: 3 Restoration Angel, 3 Brimestone Volley, 1 Aurelia
