I like Shimian Spectre and Fiend of the Shadows, and wanted a deck revolving around them. Also wanted to play Stolen Goods. It could use some work, this is a rough outliine.
Duress and Appetite for Brians not only let you get rid of a problem card, but also let you see your opponents hand so you know what to use counterspells and kill spells on. Once you get their hand size down, Fiend of the Shadows or Shimain Spectre keep pressure on the opponent, forcing them to play anything they draw or end up discarding it. Desecration demon is a strong wall of a card. Between Jace and Drownyard, milling your opponent is a strong win condition for this deck as well.
