Deck Description

When I started playing, my very first deck was a burn deck, hell, I loved it to bits. So now Im just going to play burn again, and even though guides and lightning bolts are leaving standard, some of the new cards are really fun to play around with.

So this is basically what I can currently make, its fast enough it has hard hitters, but Im really hoping to get that new rar vamp with protection from humans, with or without protection, the ability to gain +1/+1 counters is sick :D

No shrine because I honestly think its a bit slow for the kind of deck I hope to win with, I mean you build up and build up and stuff but if I want to win on turn 4 with tempo, I cant have that one two drop leave me hanging.

Deck discussion for Going back to burn

I am building a similar burn deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=229504). My question is why you are heavy creatures instead of burn spells. Is there an advantage or disadvantage to this? I really like the Lavamancer and Fireslinger. The new vamp will be beast in this deck and I would replace the Scamp with those.
