Vampires are awesome, when I started playing my deck-builder box had a bunch of them and I've built this deck up since. Strong vampires make life hell for your opponents, strong removal makes it difficult for them to get anything on the field, and sacrificial outlets exist to get rid of any pacified creatures.
Build up an offensive line as fast as possible, relying on Vampire Nighthawks and Mirri the Cursed to plug your main damage, drop bloodline keeper as fast as possible and get him cranking, transform him and it's game over, use his tokens or other pacified creatures as sac-outs whenever convenient. Stromkirk Captain makes all vampires a force to be reckoned with as most already have flying evasion, adding first strike is just unfair. Remove anything that poses a threat with a wide variety of spot removal. Buff your best attacking vamps with the Ring of Xathrid and then hook them up with the grappling hook and go to town, especially great on vampire nighthawk. Sorin's Vengeance can be a game winner or at least a huge breath of fresh air late game. The sideboard is still a bit underdeveloped but Tormod's Crypt is a given for facing any deck that works out of the graveyard, Needlebite Trap is in there to deal with pesky life-gain decks that I face frequently (Blood Tribute would also be a good choice for this slot), Deathmarks are situational but can wreak havoc for super cheap.
