The deck focuses mostly on lifegain and flying. Buffing your own creatures, giving those without flying that ability, and gaining life as frequently as possible are key for victory. Protection for your own creatures rounds out the defensive bulwark. There are some offensive spells thrown in (disenchant and Recumbent Bliss).
With a low cost mana curve there are many choices early game, with different choices in creatures and buffs for them. Instants are usually saved for later as they comprise the more aggressive aspects of the deck and are played as is situationally advantageous.The sideboard consists of cards that are useful against agro, direct damage, and black/red decks.
