Phyrexian flavor at its best. Once you infect your opponent, it's only a matter of time before you proliferate them to death... Everflowing Chalice and Contagion Clasp give you more mana and more proliferation each turn. Staff of Nin holds off blockers and gives you crazy card advantage. Corrupted Conscience steals anything too big to ping. And of course, your counterspells just ruin your opponent's life.
Bide your time. You can get any of your artifacts back. You can steal almost any creature. Once your opponent is infected, all you have to do is stay alive and the game is yours. Chump, chump, recur, counter, and chump. The best part about this deck is its flexibility. Playing something super-aggressive? Use Clasps to soften up attackers until you can profitably trade. Playing a control deck? Drop a Myr for a couple quick points of poison and settle in to proliferate them to death. Use your counters sparingly; the deck has answers for most problems. Just buy yourself some time and you'll be fine.
