Deck Description

This is my 1st deck ive posted here but im pretty damn sure from my tourny playing and fun play that this deck will own most ( except if a phage is involved, cuz then i lose automatically =P)

its meant to get ur zombies out fast, mill their deck and take over their army...if 1 of these 3 happen its over if all happen...just toy with ur opponent...plz enjoy the deck

i made a few changes while testing/playing it in tourneys....i got 1st on a FNM and the only thing i came across was naya aggro and bant....my god do i hate bant......i could not kill him...he was at 65 life when i decked him....it was rough but this deck is deffinately a keeper

Deck discussion for Grixis Domination (revised)

Terminates be helpful. Not only do they kill your opponents creatures, but you can get rid of your own Prince of Thralls if Phage makes an appearance. Have you considered Crumbling Necropolis instead of Terramorphic Expanse (They work more smoothly...at least in my experience)? Cruel Ultimatum is always worth a mention for a Grixis deck, but I don't think this one really needs it. Nice job on one of my favorite Grixis decks to date!

i would remove thralls he costs too much for what he is and the fact the opponent may pay 3 life is sucky!
zombie uitlander takke it out for strix or another death baron and dreadwing
slave of bolas is a bit costy
and double negative i din't get the pooint of countering 2 at a time when opponent plays only 1 at a time

Thanks for your feed back on this deck, i have made some revisions like 4 terminates and a Death baron. i took out the Slave of Bolas cards...they really dont work as i wanted anyways. in theory it is a great card but there are so many factors to make it great....and double negative its really meant for another counter spell...the counter 2 spells thing is more or less for multi-player fun...just to mess with some ppl...but all in all it does the job either way

just so you know, double negative only works against cascade. It was made to counter the original spell and the cascade spell. Its no good in constructed. Dont' even bother sideboarding, not enough people play cascade

Nasty deck. I have a feeling blue and black zombies are going to get really big. I would definately keep the thralls, worse case you unearth it with sedris and then attack with your deathtouch zombies and maybe terminate a thing or two.

I like it.

I think its intersting but also very expensive which is a current trend right now. How ever i think i'll playtest it at home some day. Usually my creature decks have a 4th or 5th round kill if theres no opponent and of course saometimes with.

the double negative is meant for cascade yes, but it says up to 2 spells u dont have to counter 2

Very nice. An opponent would have trouble moving against this deck because his creatures would constantly be dying, his spells would be countered, and his deck would be milled. Thumbs up.

i would replace mind funerals with blightnings. because generally you either have the strategy of milling a deck, or you dont. this is definitely not a mill deck. so i think blightning would hurt ur opponent more. Amaazing deck though. i love grixis

i think that i have to disagree. I have play tested this deck and 6\10 times i either decked my opponent or he only had maybe 10 cards left. The only thing i don't like about this deck is that it is horrible against blue control decks. I got wiped clean by a bounce deck my buddy plays

Should listen to k405 imo. I concur that either a deck should be entirely focused on milling (which is an uphill battle anyway in type II), or it shouldn't bother. Blightning is a mean bastardly bastard of a spell.
