Stabilizers are Tragic Slip, Tribute to Hunger, Sign in Blood and Liliana OTDR for her targeted mutilate. These will feed you in loss of life prevention, life gain and card advantage. Do not be afraid to cast multiple Sign in Blood on a single turn if need be. Get the cards in your hand and you can easily recover the loss of life from Sign in Blood.
