Deck discussion for T2 - Rats infection.

nice deck, my only change out be drop 4 rats and add 4 Phyresis to give the rats more infect and not just a one time deal, also run 4 fetch lands which will also help slim deck to give better draws, great deck and love the idea

please comment and check out my new infect deck

Relentless Rats are entirely a gimmick deck at best... at worst, they're dead weight in hand. You can't pump enough of them out quickly enough to make it count. They're also entirely destroyed by Memoricide in T2 and many other things in non-standard (like Extirpate).

As it stands, the only real way of working Rats is with green. Genesis Wave+land excel=fast Rats. But still, gimmicky. I wish you the best of luck, and consider splashing in green for Gen Wave/Cultivate/Explore and see where it takes you =)

Also, if you have a moment, check out my Tezzerator deck and let me know what you think!

Not a bad concept, but I agree with the above post. Try to splash another color for quicker rats. It's a great idea and in casual play it'd be fun, but for tournament play you might need to do a little bit of splashing. Still though, that looks pretty fun to bother some friends with.
