Its a mill deck, how else do you play it? Basically tutor Mindcrank as soon as you can, then the Trepanation Blade, doesn't matter what creature you equip it to, does the same thing. Surgical Extraction and Archive Trap, are amazing together, you extract then trap. I do believe that the rest is straight forward, Startled Awake/ Persistent Nightmare is good especially since Persistent Nightmare is a 1/1 with skulk.
