Use the artifact and creature abilities to keep your opponent creatures tapped until you get your assassins out. Then use the assassins to keep your opponents creature free. Use the tutors to bring out the your Plainswalker, then use her ability to search for your Assassins and Artifacts as soon as possible. Use the cloaks to protect your assassins Use your Plainswalker to keep your opponents hand empty, and after a few turns of building up the loyalty, there should be a number of creatures in your opponents graveyard to pull into your own battlefield. The spells help keep the operation moving should you lose your assassins or artifacts, bring them back into play. Attack as you can, there should be no opposition. The Temporal Extortions are just fun and add to the Royal pain, forcing hard choices.

Cool - I swapped out one of the white creatures for this. Another pain in the butt card that is forcing a hard choice. My only fear would be those situations where your opponent would suck up the damage instead of allowing a creature to tap - so we just don't use the ability on crucial kills
Actually - after looking at this for a bit, I also added Liliana Vess. She will keep your opponents hand empty, and then put all those discard creatures to good use... Now to find all these cards and build this for real, would love to use it during my Thursday game nights...
