Deck Description

CotD for 01/04/2010 was Elder Land Wurm: This card is amazingly bad, it has a 1.5 rating on gatherer and I have no idea what the hell to do with it. I get that white does not normally do large creatures or trample, but it has a huge cost and a drawback, unlikely to ever actually see gameplay in the deck I am about to construct.

White/Green wurms ended up being the flavour of the day, wurms are pretty large so I threw in some hideaway stuff to speed up their entering play, also added darksteel gargoyle so i could have more than one creature in event of a novablast wurm hitting the field.

Deck discussion for CotD: Bad card.

How is that bad really? You play him, they swing, you block with him. Next turn you swing back? Not a bad card really

So you are saying that a card that costs 7 mana, three of it specific, that is only a 5/5 with trample AND has a the draw back of defender until it can block something is not a bad card? What, in your opinion, is a bad card if a horrifically over-priced card is not?
