Not sure how this would actually play out but the idea is that you simply have a load of things in play that punish your opponent for random things, be they you drawing a card, you playing a land, them casting a spell or even them attacking. You shouldn't need to swing with this deck, just get your things on the field and watch your opponent deck themself. The two walls are there to force people to cast more spells and slow them down as they'll have to recast their creatures.
