It's still not legal. Three cards can make or break a deck.
Youre misunderstanding. He literally needs three more cards for the deck being able to be played officially. He has 57 cards in his maindeck.
So, why can't he just put three more in? Or I suppose we could suggest stuff, instead of getting into an argument in his comments section.

Well, yeah, that'd take forever, and you haven't gotten to any of my friend's decks, or mine. You are just kinda all over the place. Makes sense, though, if your account is that old.
