use a staisis bounce combo to lock down the game... till you get your leveler... combined with a teljiad stylis to bounce a staisis to the bottom of your liabrairy...

If you're going to make a deck around leveler, particularly mono-blue, stasis is good... and I personally would recommend shared fate, along with some handy artifact mana sources so you can play your opponent stuff.
