As long as you want to keep it T2 it is rather good, although I don't know why you have taken the "Goblin Guide" out of it. A 2/2 with haste for 1 mana, it is one of the best cards in the game imo. But if you want to upgrade it (aka, not T2) then you should add "Mogg Warmarshal", "Goblin Assault" and "Dragon Fodder" (and maybe "Quest for the Goblin Lord")
