I would just trade the Summoning Traps for Green Sun's Zenith and sideboard the Summoning Traps. I would much rather pay the CMC +1 than miss with a Trap. And if you're going to have Rampant Growth in there and make it an Extended deck, than I would try adding some Prismatic Omens. Or even some Scapeshifts. Maybe even go -1 Avenger of Zendikar -3 Overgrown Battlement +4 Lotus Cobra to jet out your Primeval Titan and your Inferno Titan. These are obviously just opinions of course. It all depends on the metagame in your area.
